Every time I have been involved with a share buyback there is usually an announcement which is later reflected in the SS at the OTC. My thought is as we embark on the road to pink current we all will get a clearer picture of the Co including the SS and once current the PPS will climb much higher. I also think that there is a sense urgency by management to get current and as such we may see a flood of filings being processed very shortly. JMO
