That $3K to $8.4K figure is for an adu performance, as asserted by Biogen, that is nowhere near the complete halt to AD dementia worth $11K to $23K, per ICER. Aduhelm, of course, doesn't credibly reach even that lower level pricing standard. Blarcamesine in a best case would halt or improve AD dementia. A better drug merits a higher cost.
I agree there is a possibility for price controls coming. However, it is not a sure thing and may not apply in every case; it may only apply to prevent scalping. No matter; I was describing a "best case" number, so there is no need to revise it.
