That's pretty much it, tus. Once the scams are suspended from trading and formal charges are brought it's over. They never recover, although the stucks sitting on losing positions they refuse to sell gives the illusion of some level of price support.

Hopefully they are putting plenty of energy into stuffing some assets into or back into the publicly traded shell so there will be plenty left for the lawsuit I'll be filing in the near future. Also, I think they believe that if they can stuff some assets in (which were either never in there or which were "misappropriated"), then this will all just go away and they can go on their merry way. Somehow, I don't think it's going to work out that way for them.

However, let me reiterate that nobody wants more than I do for the company to survive and become profitable.
