So, good excuse for mgmt to do more of nothing...this gag by the lawyers. It may be that mgmt had no intention of putting any more energy into the SLJB shell than it took to pump and dump their shares. They may have pumped and dumped to their little harts' content and now are "gagged" by their lawyers so that even if they wanted to do something that might benefit shareholders they are estopped from talking about it. Very convenient. Now they can sit back, enjoy the fruits of their labors and are insulated from their shareholders. Very nice. (all imo)
