Sorry, could not resist.. I have had visions of fraudsters getting stuffed a different way for a while and figured I would share that disturbing vision with all of my friends!!

Can we have a class action suit against a pink sheet or is the excuse the same for when you do not get a fill when the stock trades through your order, "you are not owed a fill because it's a pink sheet stock".
