The lawsuit was dismissed as to the brokerages and the transfer agent. Calissio was found liable, however, because it defaulted.
COR, which doesn't exist anymore, recovered their money from the note holders who dumped the shares into the market (the real culprits). So, if they existed, and had won the case, how many times are they entitled to recover their money?
That is a good question. We don't know the answer, because... Calissio defaulted, and also disappeared. COR didn't recover all their losses from the note holders, but they seem to have got back a good chunk of it.
