You're going to be told the dismissal was only for the brokers, not Calissio. Just check the very first name in the defendants list in the dismissed appeal document in the sticky.

One interesting twist. COR, which doesn't exist anymore, recovered their money from the note holders who dumped the shares into the market (the real culprits). So, if they existed, and had won the case, how many times are they entitled to recover their money?
