I've seen a number of posts and the latest video that talk about Ben Smet as the person helping set up PHIL's diamond exchange and making him the guy who is forgoing the $100m that was paid for setting up the Dubai Diamond Exchange to instead partner with PHIL.

But, I don't think that's the case. Dr. Smet did everything with creation, structure, and set-up for the Lux Fund and compartments, but Henry has been very clear not to mention just who helped set-up the exchange in Dubai.

PHIL's Senior Advisor & Exporter for ADE was the one who did the construction, organizing and establishment of the very successful Dubai Diamond Exchange.

Henry is VERY excited and Fortunate to have him working with PHIL on the ADE (Asian Diamond Exchange) and will tell us later who this person is.

Very exciting for PHIL's ADE to have the same person working on the ADE as well.
