I've seen a number of posts and the latest video that talk about Ben Smet as the person helping set up PHIL's diamond exchange and making him the guy who is forgoing the $100m that was paid for setting up the Dubai Diamond Exchange to instead partner with PHIL.
But, I don't think that's the case. Dr. Smet did everything with creation, structure, and set-up for the Lux Fund and compartments, but Henry has been very clear not to mention just who helped set-up the exchange in Dubai.
