well you are right, i wont convince you.

but at the very minimum, if an executive issued shares to family and close friends at 2 cents, and i had put money in much higher 1, 2 or 3 years earlier, and this cheap pre public offering wasnt offered to me, i would report this not only to the SEC, but i would probably sue the company and the executive for self dealing. but thats just me. they will probably never release this info, but those who know, know a lot.

Messing with export permits is more than a simple clerical error.

It's a deliberate trial to get cannabis out of the country without paying export duties to the government

That is plainly called fraud, and resembles the Ontario tobacco episode for Sanders

Now, who really thinks Sanders will disclose ALL THE CANNABIS REVENUES to investors ?

With no official feedback or 8K, this gives a straight idea of what is expected from this Sanders guy
