Globemed Pharma Group.
Looks familiar.
Probably move into the facility in northern Macedonia, unless the paint washed the Instadose sign off on the building by now. Dumpster fire of a scheme this was
wait what! your telling us that you didnt recieve millions of dollars in dividends. shocker.
apparently grant was evicted from his second rental home in the bahamas. first was the island house where he had two rental units and didnt pay rent, and now the castle. what a joke.
Anybody have any info regarding what’s going on. Have not heard anything from them.
Probably revising their business model for the 30th time, buy a few more shell companies, wait and repeat again
No idea to be honest.
Haven't heard different. So I assume status quo until then.
Tetra still alive?
Meh. A lot of people used them.
They regularly topped the list of client rankings/auditor engagement.
Everyone will just engage a new auditor of equally low or higher integrity.
Instadose is no more and tetra is private, so it's an easy pivot.
Guess who Instadose's auditor is:

thanks so much for your reply!
i really appreciate it
yes what you said makes total sense
they would want solid performance probably before they go public
if what they say comes to fruitition making shipments like that every month could be not to far
and i would think that the scale of their vision would require generating capital at some point
too to expand and achieve their goals
anyway this will be interesting fingers crossed
thanks so much Bless🙂
Yes they should. Once the multiple for valuation on profit is attractive for the investors. Or there is a chance for a large market kick or reoccurring supply distribution deal, perhaps. They will need to be comfortable in their value before they would make the move, I imagine. Then again I could be wrong, companies go public with nothing so there is that about that…
I do think the team has had enough frustrations that they want to take the route of securing solid financial performance before going at the market. Either way, they make money when everyone else makes money = higher share price.
Great news ! thanks for update
so they will remain private for now it seems
i wonder they will eventually go public once things are established more?

F$^@in right!
Wheres all the negative talkers now? Theyre all but disappeared huh? Amazing how a few bad apples can sour the collective juice.
So its pretty refreshing to see this news and equally the taste in my mouth isnt sour at all, its wonderful.
I have a feelin that the naysayers are going to go further and further into hiding as TetraPharma continues further and further into the record books for their accomplishments and record shattering shipments, positive ebitda and dividends from here on out.
I have a very good inkling that the Malawi shipment won't be the last and in fact, I'll even go as far as saying it may just be one of many to come from multiple countries and multiple partnerships that will continue to be fruitful for many, many years to come.

This move is expected to generate a substantial $500 million in annual revenue from the export of Malawi Gold Cannabis biomass to Macedonia.
The implications are really quite clear, theres been a name change and a move back to private. The company is providing updates to the investors and talking about a special dividend program as well. The caveat emptor was a problem so this was a way to move forward allowing the company to pay its investors and continue to grow as they clearly set out to from the get go. Things happen is business and life everyday and most dont have the gumption to keep goin after a problem, but clearly it didnt stop them. This change and move back to private now reopens every other option and solution that was available to them before, and even more so now after proving that they they can yet again set world records and continue by building on the idea that once was structuring joint ventures and the highest level partnerships that expand their global footprints, foot holds and their global platform for facilitating the uses and every facet of High THC products as API's be it consumption and or simply consistently supplying it to the pharmaceutical and medical community with the highest quality eu gmp and gacp standards in bulk amounts to act as API's for medical purposes. Thats extremely difficult and as the PR says its took them years to structure it, to organize it, fund it and actually do it thereafter. Frankly its unbelievable, its never been done before to this degree because of the stringent rules, regulations and monetary cost barriers that have stopped everyone who has tried this amount in the past. The shipment is the largest legal high THC medical cannabis ever shipped in the history of Narcotics and is being furthered to Switzerland and the Czech Republic whos laws and regualtions for import go way past Canadian regulatory standards. There would have to be a per patient list that can absorb every gram thats imported supplied and proofed. To get that kind of access alone is extremely difficult and requires serious clearance, but they did it. Very very stringent licensing requirements as well that only last for 3 months per alottment and shipment so the logistics and timing and coa's per load, the packaging, everything needs to be like clockwork because of time lines and heavy costs, but they did it. The extreme regulatory body adherences as well to fly it over international bodies is near impossible to obtain as it would require clearances and insurance that would blow your mind. As well as clearance from the highest levels of government to regualtory bodies to import/export from all the parties and authorities involved that regulate and police the space. Its not been done before for a reason but that reason wasnt enough to stop them i'd say it fueled them and now look...redemption and real victory comes to them finally. Theres winners and losers in many spaces but in the medical mj space the new company TetraPharma Royalty corp formerly known as Instadose pharma is clearly a winner above them all.
I invested into an idea and that idea has been honed like a huge boulder rolling down a hill to a fine gem stone thats going to outshine all the other rocks in this space. Most thought this was it and all for them, but its funny this is the new reborn rebuilt and reimagined record setting redemptifying TPRC.
Hello Big Brother. Not sure if you seen the post on this site. But Tetrapharma has a news update. Not sure if your interested in the read.
Can anyone explain the implications of the new communication? Rolled into a new company? Do the shareholders get bought out? Do the shareholders get new shares?
If you own shares you should have received some communication on the share exchange today.
A new post on IDP site

On the closing date, the purchaser (tetra) shall deliver the Share Exchange Agreement to the Company, executed by the Purchaser to be delivered to the Company Stockholders.
...so I read this as, you'll get a letter in the mail to confirm or deny whether you want to swap your shares...
I could be wrong though, since I am not a lawyer and have never dealt with a scenario like this one.
How do we do the exchange?
Section 1.4 of the pre14c.
The purchaser (tetra) agrees to provide all of the seller's (insd) with the opportunity to exchange their presently held shares of common stock if the seller for newly issued shares of common stock of the purchaser on a 1:1 basis.
They also identified that there are 531M shares outstanding.
This all just looks like rebranding.
I mean Antonio Rocco Franchino signed for both companies as the CEO.
If it’s been bought, what happened to regular stockholders shares?
It's a bit confusing but if I'm understanding correctly, INSD would no longer have any assets and would go back to being an empty shell....essentially taking Instadose(Canada) back private....which is now known as TetraPharma Royalty Corp. TPRC would own both INSD and Instadose(Canada) but who knows what the plans are for INSD, perhaps they could sell it to someone cheap, who could then clean it up..??
What will happen to the shell company now.
They bought Instadose Canada, renamed Tetrapharma Canada. The INSD public shell was not acqujred.
So where will the assets end up ?
Looks like Tetrapharma Roalty Corp bought INSD and all shares of the sharholder. And company debts. I red it in the pre 14k posted. Everything posted there.
Where will the assets go ?
If any valuable assets left ?
It's possible, we will know that's the plan if they start catching up on the SEC filings they are missing. The fastest its ever been done, from suspension to getting the CE off and resuming normal trading is 1 1/2 years but that's highly unusual, it typically takes several years.......but it can be done.
One way of cleaning the INSD shell
A debts bought by the canadian entity...
INSD might revive way earlier than expexted and have a new life...
Isn't it how Microkoze was acquired ny uncle Mikulic ?
Hard to say what the plan is here, file Form 15, do a share exchange, go back private and then take TetraPharm public at a later date....??
INSD is not going to be revivable any time soon. PNPL was able to come back from suspension here recently, after a promo in 2016 got it suspended and a CE..... but it took 7 long years. At the current rate, the OTC may not even be around anymore in 7 years.

Looks like Instadose pharma has been bought.

When i red the 8k I thought that INSD was sold to Tetrapharm. Tetrapharm took over the shares 1 for 1. Maybe I thought wrong or was just hoping.
