Good post abe. Its pretty darn clear the street agrees or else this ticker would have sunk on the news of this offering. The $21 price tells the story. DTC must have figured $21 was a decent price or else they would have demanded a lower entry. You have to figure they have some knowledge of whats to come. Anyone saying insider info isnt given out is full of BS. It just isn't advertised....years ago(1997-8?) I got a tip from a friend that Page Communications was to be bought by Arch Communications. My friends Dad was the CEO of Page (ticker PAGE). I knew 3 months in advance and bought 15,000 shares...I tripled my money when the BO happened, 3 months later. Handshakes and off-the-cuff info isnt documented. It happens. To say Missling didnt divulge insider info is just flat out ignoring the fact that this is how business sometimes gets done. We will never know about it, nor will the SEC.
I purchased another 6k today and sitting on a pretty hefty stack of AVXL commons. Missling is going to light the fuse, just watch. I can feel it.
