They did pay alot more than blackrock or vanguard but correct me if Im wrong, this is a private placement, no? I havent heard of a private placement with anyone before except SIUF and they have yet to buy. Private placement now and perhaps a trusted partner for another in the future if needed.
Again, who Dr M chooses to trust at this point is very calculated and thought out.
