No Disclosure by June 30 it gets suspended indefinitely
It's an administrative thing for them. They want to encourage issuers to become compliant sooner rather than later. But OTC Markets is not a regulator. All they can do is "encourage". They can't suspend trading in anything.
They say they'll knock non-compliant issuers to the Expert Market, but I'm not certain they can do even that. The SEC deadline is 28 September.
