Thank you for helping to put that issue to bed. September 28 IS the compliance deadline. June 30 is completely irrelevant. Absolutely nothing will happen to any OTC Pinks until after that date.

You are right about OTCM not being a regulator. However, the lady I spoke with said disclosure to OTC Markets needed to be submitted by June 30th. They would not accept anything after that date.
