Ignoring the facts that Carter will do any and everything to exclude shareholders - doesn't make it go away.

"The objective is to maximize shareholder value"

Why does that matter - shareholders are not represented and the BS that they are entitled to 33% is wishful thinking not facts.

Carter will agree to a settlement that benefits him, the Attorneys, and Bentham only.
