No need to dissolve.
If additional lawsuits have any economic value, either pursue or sell or assign the rights to someone interested in pursuing or settle, quickly, at a discount.
The objective is to maximize shareholder value, so I do not want to throw something with an economic value greater than zero in the garbage can.
