This is complete nonsense - a "big" Shareholders has no more legal standing than a person who owns one share. Common equity holders are a Class and in the hierarchy of being repaid they are the last in line. So the Class is treated as one - then the proceeds are distributed on a per share basis.

It is hilarious to say no legal strategies should be discussed on a public forum - how is discussing legal matters get in the way of the Attorneys - it doesn't.
