This is complete nonsense - a "big" Shareholders has no more legal standing than a person who owns one share. Common equity holders are a Class and in the hierarchy of being repaid they are the last in line. So the Class is treated as one - then the proceeds are distributed on a per share basis.

"You can't have all discussion about legals in public, the lawyers don't need any peeps getting in the way. The big holders have the standing, and the most to gain and lose. What happens with their shares trickles down to the smaller holders. That is just the way it is."

It is hilarious to say no legal strategies should be discussed on a public forum - how is discussing legal matters get in the way of the Attorneys - it doesn't.

And the following simply isn't true:
