most shareholders know the answer to that question
we have a solid cohesive team of shareholders
unlike many other tickers
the information gathering stage re: lawyers you speak of was done weeks/months ago
now that trial was stopped & settlement talks are ongoing we are in a very different stage of the game
no need to send judge andrews a letter
your concerns & fears are valid, we had them too a while back
rest assured
my understanding that your post with same query June 8th was responded to already

Who would it be unfair to????????

If someone has hired a lawyer, good on them. I appreciate it!
Further, if a lawyer has been hired... whoever did so owes nothing to the rest of us. I get to benefit at their expense. If they wish to tell us about it sometime... great! If not, I don't see how we're any worse off.

____________

"But not knowing if there is, in fact, legal shareholder representation on the record before this judge is not fair to the shareholders.

Simply stating that is or isn't the case does not violate any ethical, moral or legal position."

For a Class action complaint it has to be certified in Federal Court and there isn't any law firm representing shareholders - what would be in it for the law firm.

When there is a Class Action Lawsuit - attorneys will solicit clients. That hasn't happened with UOIP.
