OK - if you say that stage has shareholders' lawyers sitting across from Billy's team, then I'm good with it.

No one has ever confirmed that to me.
I expect no one will.

Just don't want to be caught with my pants down around my ankles when the settlement is announced and the money is allocated.

So, who is the law firm representing the shareholders. I haven't seen where they have filed any Motions etc.
