Why would you give the waterfall any validity? Are you calling that a 'fact'?
I agree that no one cares for shareholders but shareholders but I disagree that the thinking that we'll get 33% is any more 'wishful' than you thinking that we'll get 0%.
We'll just have to see.
What do you think is legal/right/just? That's where it should land.
