Me too. I can hardly imagine sending out official PR about a signed share agreement. So i do not think it is scam.
So lets wait and see.

My friend, I did not say it was a scam. I merely pointed out what is obvious to anyone who simply looks at what's going on... and that is that this ticker is languishing in a very negative way, and that does not bode well for the company or the shareholder's investments. It does look grim, unless CBBT pulls a rabbit out of it's hat or has some other bag of tricks handy. Knowing the OTC, and the goings on of this ticker as of late... I have serious doubts they do. More often than not. the obvious holds the true answer as to what is going on. Enough said.
