You paint a grim picture, and it may be what's coming to CBBT. Skull & crossbones' stocks seem to have a difficult time escaping their freshly-dug grave. Cerebain may be no different.

Lemons may already be out of the country. Right this very moment he may be in Namibia, sipping a piña colada in a waterfront cafe, wearing mirrored sunglasses and a floppy straw hat with a big sh*t-eating grin on his face, thinking of all the investors he duped. Who knows.

Assuming it was a scam from the get-go, the thing I don't understand is why go to the trouble of crafting the 4/26 PR, the one about the 'share exchange agreement' with PKG. To me, posting this PR just doesn't quite fit the behavior of a fraudster who sold off his shares during the month of Feb and is preparing to let his company's stock die a slow, ignominious death in the grey/expert markets.

Also it seems to me the details of this PR, if verified as false in a later civil or criminal investigation of Lemons, would only help bolster the prosecution's case. So I'm still not convinced it's a scam.
