Thanks for sharing Judy. Wish we could know what Eric’s plan with this investment was. Cerebain’s is the only investment DRG publicized from what I can find. Perhaps it was as simple as their connection to Wesley Tate, DRG’s CFO at the time. But I always found the timing of the announcements coming after Cerebain was delisted as odd.

Yes, Eric has passed away.

If DRG goes public, Cerebain would have shares in the public company. I'm assuming his wife inherited ownership in Cerebain, so she would then decide if Cerebain wanted to sell the shares in DRG so investors would see a return. I will tell you that Cerebain only invested 54k in DRG, so it was a small investment. Eric was working on investing more capital before he passed, but it didn't happen. I hope this answers your questions.

I got a reply back from the email I sent to Diabetes Reversal Group confirming that Eric Clemons did pass away.

Dr. J. Murray Hockings said If DRG goes public, Cerebain would have shares in the public company. Cerebain's initial investment was a small amount of 54k and assuming his wife inherited ownership in Cerebain and if she wanted to sell the shares in DRG so investors would see a return.

I am not an expert on the subject, but I think a company has to be registered before a company can be listed on any exchange. In the SEC filing I posted CBBT's registration was revoked. When a company listed on the Big Boards is delisted it can end up on OTC exchange.

Hi Judy, Thanks for your response. These legal terms are confusing but I think I know where you are going with this but correct me if I'm off base. I'm seeing this explanation after reading what you posted.

I just read on Stocktwits that the reason you can't claim this as a loss is because it has never been officially delisted.  They have no way of knowing when it will.

IMO were not getting answers from our brokers because they either would benefit from our loss by the transfer of ownership or they don't want to be involved by giving anyone false hope, etc. I've heard it takes the process of reorganizing and getting into good standing with the SEC about 3 yrs. I am guessing the process for CBBT may have started Jun 21,2023 based on the GoDaddy PKG account info. If so we've got to wait awhile longer. BTW I believe the person doing the re-organization is Jeweline Clemons, Eric's Widow and she is an attorney out of Cincinnati,OH

I had a similar experience with etrade a few months back when I asked about a possible CBBT reorganization. One agent indicated that they were reorganizing, then they passed me to someone who told me they had nothing to share since they were no longer trading. Very strange. Hoping for the best out of this still. If we have any hope it’s with the Panahi family bringing it back to life.

Thanks. What eTrade is saying IMO once the account holder relinguishes his shares for a penny from his broker you give up your entire position or stake in CBBT. Just remember you are only allowed to claim $3000 a year in Tax Loss each year. If you hold more than 3000 shares you might consider tranferring 3000 cbbt to another acct and relinguish those shares to your broker. That's if and when that option ever becomes availible.

Hi all,  just got off the phone with etrade.  They explained to me that with any company, it has the opportunity to come back.  They want their customers to know that once they relinquish a contract it is no longer yours.  They could of told me that on Friday and he said he didn't know why they had me call him.

I have in the meantime have still been very interested in the Biotechnology end of things with a strong interest in Alzheimers and Parkinsons. If anyone here is still keeping pace in this end, there is a small company out of Malvern, Pa you might want to take a look at. Not promoting and I know you all do your own DD. The company is Annovis Bio (ANVS) NYSE and their drug is Buntanetap. It's cheap but good things with the FDA may happen soon!!

So I guess the plot thickens, I didn't think anything was going to happen with this so I was going to take the write off. After talking to a broker at e-trade yesterday, they lead me to believe that something is active here. I will contact them on Monday and post what they tell me as to try and clear up some of our suspense if I can. They gave me a direct number to the department of corporate actions so hopefully this won't get powdered puff.

I first noticed the possible CBBT re-organizing when I contacted Fidelity on 5/5/2024. I did a little more exploring and saw this on whois website...

So if whois needs to be updated yearly the process may have started back in 2023?

I believe Cerebains patents had expired relating to the Omentum. I dont know about the device they were planning on developing though.

Cerebain didnt have anything pertaining to the article I linked to. Cerebain was studying Alzheimers regarding an area around the gut.

I did a public search on SAM.gov, PKGUIS does not have a current active acct., therefore PKG cannot bid or get any gooberment business

From what I see and again just an opinion, it cost money to keep that site up #1 and #2 by that phrase at the beginning of the site leads me to believe something Ai could be in store here. With pkg’s background with government agencies, it may be a rejuvenating opportunity.
