I'm a relatively small share holder but I agree with BA's thinking - Billy uses courts and lawyers to do business and this is business to him - he will likely be more responsive to an attorney than individual shareholders. The best (legal) defense is often a strong (legal) offense.
re: "multiple requests from the SEC for the benefit of shareholders" ..the more I hear the behind the scenes effortsto corroborate with our director, the stronger my convictions that what our team is pursuing is an appropriate response

Billy Carter has been contacted by a shareholder. He stated that the shareholders position is safe and will be involved in the final settlement. He is getting the TA up and running to get us more info.
