Billy Carter has been contacted by a shareholder. He stated that the shareholders position is safe and will be involved in the final settlement. He is getting the TA up and running to get us more info.

Thanks for the update Z. Shareholder's position in the settlement is safe... to what extent is the question. Hopefully we can really get some official information from him and the TA.

..what exactly does that mean ? safe as in we get 0.02 back ? or

brokeagent's statement/post ~ "he doesn't seem to be too terribly concerned about the patent creators"
..if carter does not hold the 3 inventors in high regard, then how much value does he have for his shareholders ?

we need something concrete, like a public statement.. .or else he can respond to legal papers & litigators, since he likes to put us on ignore

"Involved in the final settlement". Yes, the new waterfall has us involved. What we need is to get that "new" waterfall thrown out completely. Carter can pay off HIS waterfall with HIS part of the settlement.

As always Show us Don't tell us (I am speaking about Carter).

The Carter waterfall is proof that he isn't going to share anything with UOIP shareholders.

Carter has done everything to prove he is going to exclude the shareholders. Carter could have prevented the suspension and revocation of UOIP.

Carter has every intention of screwing over shareholders.

Plus, once again Carter has never put anything in writing about sharing a settlement or Court win with shareholders - with Carter talk is cheap.

Please provide facts that can be verified.
