Then we really, REALLY need to chill.

We all want the same thing and it's important to act quickly but not act rashly.

We know that the big holders have the funds ready to hire the absolute best legal help, and we know that ZW more than anyone else here has relationships that could be crucial down the road. If the inventors know of fraud, maybe they can give us tips to help our cause,.... as long as we don't burn those bridges.

Point is. Let's all take a deep breath, let's all acknowledge that 'We' are not the enemy here, and let's not shoot ourselves in the foot by taking frustrations out on each other.

..I think the 3 inventors would be understanding given our circumstance

it's simply shareholders "letting off some steam"
after years of litigation, holders are a lil weary & frustrated at the current premise
instead of regales of jubilation at the possibility of impending settlement .. .we're forced to plot appropriate lawyers to decipher what our entrusted director has done and how we can best proceed going forward, not exactly what we envisioned

Zomby, you'll recall that Carter didn't bother responding to multiple requests from the SEC for the benefit of shareholders, and he hasn't responded to shareholders for years. And if the allegations regarding the new "waterfall" in Dierdre's TRO are to be believed, he doesn't seem to be too terribly concerned about the patent creators.
