Is this the first time LWLG's CEO used the term "Tier 1 partners"? I only remember the term potential partners or potential customers being used in the past.

Could they have signed a partnership agreement? If no money changes hands, would this be considered material information? An NDA is a form of agreement, but typically not as formal as a partnership agreement correct?
