I think Lebby has used "tier 1" when referring to partners before but i don't exactly recall where. Not really going to waste my time as i'll accept that verification on May 18, 2021.
The Naked shorting numbers are starting to make sense as i would guess that is how LPC would code any sale entered on their trading system
