I said if I was on a jury I would never vote in favor of a NPE or patent troll going against real companies that are contributing to society - a NPE contributes nothing. I believe if the defense can introduce the Deirdre complaint into the trial it will show Carter as a not very bright grifter - that attempts to screw over everyone one he is involved and the complaint is a money grab only.

Carter has a very poor track in court.

Shareholders are foolish to believe in Carter.
