I don't see an issue with standing for Chanbond, it is clear the inventors sold their interests to them. Judge Andrews already considered that issue and ruled for Chanbond's standing. This is more about an appeal issue if they lose, IMO. Now who owns Chanbond is more the question to deal with if we win.
