Generally, they have jury selection before the first day of trial. It's usually not open to the public. Jury duty and selection usually starts on Mondays for trials beginning that week.

I wonder what is going on with the schedule. If you go to the court schedule on the website, you see our trial on the 20th. But on Monday there is another trial scheduled for our courtroom, and we are not listed at all. The listed schedules only go to the 24th, so cant see beyond that now.
