Zw.... think Thursday will be for jury selection so not much to learn re: case....only advantage of observing that is to get a sense of the jury and their demeanor/ work background/ age/ect. The big days will be Monday Tuesday Wednesday ..... Thursday summation and instructions to the jury. The importance of hearing the instruction “s to the jury is it will reveal on the verdict form all the points the jury will consider and place a valuation ($$$) amt for each point they find in favor of us . We need to find a way of getting a copy of the verdict form .... if anyone can find out where we can get that it would be most helpful... in Vrng case it came out on the day it was given to the jury.... we have that then on one form ( verdict form) we have point by point what’s to be considered. Hearing the jury responses and comparing how we interpret there responses to the verdict form we’ll get an idea of how they will find on the verdict form. As stated before, one experience a lot more when in the court room as opposed to reading a transcript ..... body language of jury during the case.
I just hope one of us can get in....it must be taped if not by one of us then by someone who must be there to testify ( ie: one of the inventors) they might be inclined to do so with a feeling of obligation to share holders because of what Billy/ Deidra has done. Even if they are reluctant they can ask Andrews to record... if Andrew s isn’t aware of what has gone on this will give him an idea.

The value of:
Thursday = get a feeling of jury
Thursday = hear Andrew s jury instructions & see verdict form
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday = hear presentation s observe jury body language
