PM, something has to happen like Gary wants for the pps to reach a certain level like $4 or $10 before the board of the B/O BP approve the acquisition. I hope Merck hints out enough about the combo trial or so on 6/7 during their Investors' call ASCO evening that will stimulate enough interest that will raise our pps where they want it to be, imo.
God knows how long Bruce and Tamara has worked on uplisting now. It takes usually 4-6 weeks. According to VikingInvest:
"... if qualifying to list only under the Market Value Stand", meaning that if all the other requirements are not satisfied, a company can use this qualification requirement to list if they have been above $4 for 90 days. We easily qualify under the other requirements, so the 90 day rule shouldn't be applicable to us."
I am not competent to know, but whatever the market NWBO is gonna uplist to, and whatever the price. That'll be passed with ease, and the whole R/S discussion can be put six feet under.
LP is clearly intent on timing a s...load of catalysts within a very short timeframe. I predict TLD, uplisting, publication and an ASCO appearance. Followed by news regarding approval / BLA progression.
I do not believe LP or the rest of "the board" has intentions on "going alone". LP has intentions of squeezing BP for a premium price and to get within that, she will need to get the SP up.
It will not be a question, whether BP is hungry for DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct coming down the road. It is a question, WHEN BP are AL DENTE and can not afford to wait anymore.
When the news has sunk in, that DCVax-L becomes SOC, it will be a matter of time before the premium and the cherry on top, will be served.
And in the background you will be able to hear an almost an indistinct yelling by two faint figures. "But ... the warrants? And the patents? And the control arm? And the management?"
