If it is a BO, wouldn't it have been in the works for a while? Why 2 new uplist hires? They could have started months ago to start working on uplisting. Anyway, BO, partnership, or going it alone , I'm fine with. My fear is if BP does BO, dc-vax might get pushed to the back. Lets milk keytruda as much as possible for now and order up some more trials....or lets keep pushing the helmet, huge profit there.
