That’s exactly right.

Buyout makes the most sense. It’s possible that as an intermediate step there is uplist first, since it could still take time to meet all the conditions for a buyout; and maybe even to a lessen extent, a JV is possible in the event that the parties can’t come to terms on price, with a buyout to follow.
