That’s what I’ve been saying. Yes we need to pay attention to trial, however we cannot change any outcome there. We can however be proactive and avoid a terrible outcome in the event of money getting to his pockets before we have a chance to put up a fight.

Any attorney that can help shareholders will want a $100k retainer to get started. Patent/securities attorneys don't come cheap.
