..the part that is inconceivable to me is ~ it's one thing to lose a few thousand shares, but I'm a lil shocked by the confidence of the top tier shareholders that have been silent who stand to lose up to a hundred millions shares, either they have legal representation on standby or they've viewed documents the rest of us have not
..as we near trial date, settlement talks are more imminent, thus time is of the essence, I too feel carter will try to do a global settlement, not just with cox
