All of that will work. I add the big handful of parsley at the very last minute. In my view, parsley is an underrated herb. Adding white wine at the beginning--before you put in the seafood--and reducing it is also good.

But I also like red sauces.

I like it. My wife makes garlic pasta when it is her turn to cook.

Quick and easy.

I'll remind her about adding shrimp since that will be a nice touch.
