Greenbery Traurig was the original attorney that filed the lawsuit. Donald English is the current attorney of record.
And it is not a good idea to contact the attorney as he has done his job in submitting the requested additional evidence and is waiting like the company, investors, shareholders, etc for the judge to rule on the case.
The company signed the memorandum of agreement/contract back in 2013 with Madero and they never gave up. Without their perserverence, our investment in their company many years ago would be worthless.
