Right - waste of time to contact the attorney. Everything they do for UNDR is covered under attorney/client privilege. They CAN'T tell you anything if you ask, so why bother them and waste time by asking.
Yes agree! I wish it was still Greenbery Traurig handling the case. Anyways, like you said this is the new attorney/firm (link below). Hope he can produce some strong positive outcome.
