That's right. Although I'm thinking they might have to amend that last filing that lists 5B A/S instead of 75B. Either they, or OTC have that number wrong somewhere. That would be hilarious if OTC miskeyed it and even more FOMO comes in on a corrected A/S amount.
Yes. OTC will need to read the disclosures from Saturday. I'm pretty sure they won't read them today, so Monday hopefully OTC read them. GGII gets an answer and Tuesday at the earliest the AL.
