The company and its management dont report the share structure, thats up to the T.A. who is registered OTC service provider.
Either the compnay recently advised the T.A. about a change in the authorized shares or the T.A. checked with the State of Delaware themselves.
The end result is the same though the company is lying on its financials.
The T.A.has VERIFIED 75 BILLION shares.
