It would inconvenience the defendants? ?? Who ever heard such an argument for nit reversing a pathetic decision?

This has been a blatant and overt crime by the court and judge.

She has behaved in a purely defensive fashion. I hope that there is a successful effort in overturning her.

It seems like she has gone beyibd the bounds if law.

hk-the sad fact is: as much you posit that fraud is a clear--the judicial system--for fairness must allow the other side-being accused of fraud to defend itself--that is the american way, right?

And du is correct on this point, that introducing fraud NOW (and not when we begged amrn to bring it during appeal) makes it harder (biased) for the defendants to answer the charge, witnesses forget, would have done things different... (although they are probably guilty).

Makes sense?

Bottom line although marj did a wonderful job--yet since the...management at amrn didn't bring fraud and mistake when batt PUBLISHED it for some non sensical reason--even in the appeal it will be EXTREMELY HARD to get passed the standing issue--because of bias.

The best chance is the infringement case imo.

I would think the news media would pick up on this if we phrase it a way how it impacts multiple areas of American life. Here, you can defraud our courts as long as it fits a radical and irrational agenda. What is at stake:

US leadership in high tech and biotechnology
The loss of STEM careers for our children
Loss of breakthrough technology and medicines
When it comes to the loss in biotechnology leadership quality of life declines and possibly longevity

All thanks to the horse killer judge Miranda Du.

Again the strategy is an appeal, the hope is that the appeals court will take fraud seriously.
