Mine is VSYM. They have filed for 20 years but delinquent in last filing. Blame auditors health.

SEC screwed them over by saying they mentioned the word Covid in a press release which they did not. An author of a news article mentioned it. Stock got halted. Now in process of working on Form 211 to get back to Pink.
