Retail traders can’t buy on the expert market- only sell. The SEC proposed new rule originally would have sent these non current stocks to the greys until they became current. OTCMarkets idea is to send them to the experts market. I would prefer the grey market - that way if I wanted to buy a shell that was in the process of becoming current I could. Who really knows what will happen when the time for the rule change comes around?

Maybe this will help. ONLY Caveat Emptor (CE) companies must be current no later than May 25th 2021 or they will be removed from active trading and only be available on the Expert Market or Delisted. Tickers in this condition will NOT be available for trading in the Retail Market.

Also, OTC Markets usually updates within 1 to 3 Business days of a company filing to become current. They are strongly encouraging ALL Non Current companies to file all needed documents by June 30th, 2021 to make sure they may be certain all information is fully updated by September 28th 2021 and no other information (if requested) is not delayed and has sufficient time to be processed.

To become PINK CURRENT, Companies are required to File all Form Q's for years 2019 and 2020 together with the Annual Form Ks for 2019 and 2020 to become Pink Current no later than September 28th, 2021. From my observations with other Tickers, Companies are filing each 2019 Q separately (one at a time), followed by the K and then repeating that same process with annual Q's and K's for 2020. That due to the fact the information contains a great deal of specific detail and takes time to process internally before submission.

All this information as well as the Specific dates posted are available to the public on the SEC Site. Hope that clarification helps.
