Why would they wait to for the lawsuit to conclude before filing to become current? Surely it doesn’t cost millions of dollars to become current so what are they waiting for? Seems counter productive don’t you think. If they are so confident they will win lawsuit then they should have started the process by now (unless they have and I missed it). Every OTC ticker that is not current is scrambling to get current waiting longer is not ideal. If they lose the lawsuit are they not going to get current? I am not bashing and have a little over 2 M shares but this doesn’t make sense.
