The company said in an email that they planned to get current long ago, but have been waiting on the conclusion to this lawsuit. Documents submitted on 4/28- default judgment awarding them $20 million could come any day. I imagine updates filings will follow, along with company updates and plans for their infusion of large amounts of cash into their business operations.

Awarding of 20 million default judgment is just one of many catalysts coming for $UNDR
