She said they filed “TIMELY” reports!

The record is clear! 28 times, DBMM filed either NT-10Q’s or NT-10K’s. The EXACT description of those filings states they are filed when the company “is unable to timely file” their 10Q for 10K!!

Now, tell me again how she told the truth when she said they filed TIMELY?!

Because they DIDN’T.

Yes. They filed. But they filed within a LATE grace period.

They were NOT timely filings.




I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
